The transaction was processed very quickly and courteously. The refund for the second vest was made immediately. The products perfectly match my expectations in terms of appearance and quality. However, a question regarding custom orders unfortunately did not receive a satisfactory response. I will therefore have to contact customer service again.

Mixed feelings about the beige women's sheep net. Ordered in size 38 (my usual size) I found it too big. I did not return it, my mistake, I don't think it's too late since I removed the tag. I still find it pretty but I won't wear it because it's really too loose even with a thick sweater underneath. Conclusion for customers: do not hesitate to return what does not suit you, especially since the after-sales service is very responsive and attentive.

I just received Mayura cowboy boots today. The announced deadline was respected. The quality is present. Now I just need to 'stretch' them a bit. Another positive point: the care and seriousness given to the packaging and I also thank the service that takes pride in this work.

I noticed a blatant manufacturing defect on the leather (deep mark). For a supplier of your renown, which positions itself in a high-end segment, this is simply unacceptable. When investing a significant amount in shoes of this type, one is entitled to expect: A rigorous quality control before shipment, which clearly was lacking here. A first choice leather, free from any structural imperfection. A finish that matches the displayed selling price. Receiving a defective product from a renowned brand is one thing, but that it passes through the cracks of your quality service is very worrying for your brand's image. A loyal customer should not have to suffer the consequences of a lack of internal rigor.
