We could not buy from Cuirs Guignard but appreciated the professionalism and commercial honesty of the teams who pointed out a defect in the purchase we were about to make. Unfortunately, this information led us to cancel our purchase. Lionel GARRIGUE

Order still not received! Colissimo announced for December 29, so after Christmas...

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, you placed an order on our site on the evening of December 11 for a pair of boots. As stated on the site, you need to allow 15 days / 3 weeks, so it is already very short to have it by December 24. We did our best and dispatched your package today via Colissimo with signature delivery in 48 hours in France, there is a bit more delay for Corsica but we do not know why Colissimo indicates delivery on the 29 which seems quite long to us. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD

Sizes of the items are illogical, a jacket of the same brand in the same size and cut must be taken in 2 sizes smaller (one in XXL the other in L) with an additional 16€50 return fee at my expense. I have not seen this on any other site!!! I buy 500 euros worth of jackets and I have to pay the return fees when it's for an exchange and not even for a refund!! Absolutely not customer-friendly at all.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, We are really sorry, but we usually do not have size issues within the same brand, especially with one being in XXL and the other in L. We clearly state that return fees are the customer's responsibility, we are sorry. Please contact us by email, we will agree on a commercial arrangement. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD
