Shoe purchase, unfortunately the size did not fit, I had to return the shoes and we requested an exchange but it incurred return costs, it's a shame that when it comes to an exchange it is not covered by the seller, but otherwise the shoes are of very good quality, I am satisfied

very nice item of beautiful workmanship but a product of such quality would deserve to really be at the TOP of: 1/ a double-sided zipper 2/ a thicker lining or padded. Be careful, I was right to choose size 3XL because I wonder what size really strong people should choose if this one is the largest available ????

Response from Cuirs Guignard Published on 15/02/2021

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on your purchase and we take your comment into account. As for sizes in certain products, we have up to 7/8 XL without problem, it all depends on the brands, the cuts, some jackets are much tighter than others but we try to offer a wide choice to find everyone's happiness. Best regards ETS GUIGNARD

The boots are up to what I hoped for and apparently of very good quality. No issues on the delivery side either. All in all, very pleasing.

Product ordered very well packaged, fast delivery, promotional product, complete site for ordering with leather care advice and phone if needed. I only gave 4 stars because I couldn't get a specific 5% promotion for the brand of the leather jacket I ordered, very beautiful jacket, very satisfied with my purchase I recommend this site.

good quality, products conform to the photos on the site, too bad that return and/or delivery costs are not covered in case of exchange for size problems, this significantly increases the price of the order.

Very disappointed because I wear size 42, even 43 depending on the models. To avoid taking risks, I chose to take the model in 43 even if it meant putting a sole inside just in case. Big surprise: impossible to put on the boots, my heel wouldn't fit... I don't understand because I have a rather thin foot and ankle so I think the design of the model is not appropriate...hence my return. For a first purchase at this price, I am very disappointed...

Hello, We have taken your message into account and are truly sorry that the product does not suit you. You purchased reference 2944 from Sendra, biker boots style, with a round toe, wider than the cowboy boots. This product fits correctly and we have no issues with its design, this product has been a flagship product of the brand for years. We have received your return and have canceled your order and refunded you. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD

Hello, satisfied with the fast and well-packaged delivery. This down jacket is just right in size. The dark khaki color is very dark, unfortunately, but it's still a good product.

Hello, I am completely satisfied with my order. The product is of quality (very good leather quality, very neat finishes...) and matches the description on the site. I was very well received on the phone for additional information. The only small downside is the processing time of the order, which I found a bit long. Let's not forget that we are living in a complicated period due to Covid, so I won't hold it against them. And I highly recommend their products.

It was a gift for my husband's Christmas, he loves it and was very surprised by the quality. Very nice coat, keeps very warm, very reasonable price, plan one size up unless the leather stretches a bit because with a thick sweater it can be a bit tight.

Following my purchase of a pair of leather boots, I am really satisfied both with the quality and the speed of delivery, and also with the quality of the product. Aside from a very slight scuff on the heel of one of the boots (they will see others), I am very satisfied. I highly recommend this brand.
