Unless I am mistaken, there is no size guide for shoes on your site. I had to do some research on the brand's merchant site offering the same product with a precise size guide. Therefore, you will need to do the same to help your customers in their search!

Hello, We are really sorry, the product did not suit you in color and quality. It is the jacket ref 63779 red from Oakwood, which is indeed red but not as bright as in the photo on the site. As for the quality, it is lamb leather, quite light, of good hold, but in a pistol finish maybe that is what you like less, but at this price... I ordered a leather that was not at all up to my expectations, I was surprised by the quality of the lamb leather which really felt plastic, as for the synthetic fur I didn't like it either but I didn't know, sheep wool would have been good. However, the customer service seems very efficient and simple, I returned the package on 12/11 and I am waiting for the refund, it was simple.

Good quality leather boots. But a small flaw: the leather collar at the top of the shaft is simply sewn and irritates the skin or wears out the socks: I had to glue it. Moreover, it's a pity that you don't make identical boots, but without the ankle buckle (too "biker" for my taste) and with a lining.
