As specified on the site, the shipping time varies according to the products (ranging from 48 hours to 10 working days for clothing and 15 days to 1 month for non-stock cowboy boots). We inform our customers on each product sheet to avoid surprises regarding the delay and thus disappointment. On the product you ordered, it is clearly noted shipped within 10 working days, you placed the order on the night from Thursday to last Friday, the order has therefore been taken into account since Friday, which is 6 working days. We are a small structure and try to manage our orders and packages as best as possible while respecting the indicated deadlines and we try to do our best to satisfy our customers.
