Very good quality. By noting the detailed measurements you will have no problem. Appreciable payment ease. When I lived in Vendée I went directly to the factory and I was always satisfied. My husband and I made separate purchases and we are both happy.

Delivery too long. I am responding to the survey even though I have not yet received my order placed 10 days ago. At a time when most orders are honored within 48 hours, I find this delay becomes abnormal.

Response from Cuirs Guignard Published on 05/10/2018

Hello, We have just received your message. We are very surprised because we have no delay in sending your package. As specified on the site, the shipping time varies according to the products (ranging from 48 hours to 10 working days for clothing and 15 days to 1 month for non-stock cowboy boots). We inform our customers on each product sheet to avoid surprises regarding the delay and thus disappointment. On the product you ordered, it is clearly noted shipped within 10 working days, you placed the order on the night from Thursday to last Friday, the order has therefore been taken into account since Friday, which is 6 working days. We are a small structure and try to manage our orders and packages as best as possible while respecting the indicated deadlines and we try to do our best to satisfy our customers. We apologize if this delay seems abnormal to you and take your comment into account. Best regards, ETS GUIGNARD

Good quality leather jacket, we'll see over time, the only small downside is the lack of pressure at the collar to make it more perfecto
