Update II: Thanks for showing it here but I didn't get it to my email. Maybe it's a technical misunderstanding, but trying to figure it out myself was tiring without seeing your emails (searched every day for them), maybe better chat options will help, but its your decision to make, I had a bad experience till I left a review here and got your reply. Update: I did get a refund, on December 13, didn't know why I got it until I saw your company's reply here. I don't know what happened to your emails but they didn't reach me, all I got from you was a tracker on the 23rd to november, then an email to review your product. I ordered a bag a month ago. They didn't answer the email I sent a week ago, don't know how to even find a way to get a refund or the item through them.

It happens that the instep is too high, the foot wide and having difficulty entering the boots, we advise trying them on with a plastic bag to realize the size. As for the return, we note well on our site that the return is at the customer's expense, the return is made by simple colissimo and depending on the weight, so on average from 10 to 15 euros.
