Lack of follow-up on the current order! I had to call to know the availability, the delay, and the approximate delivery date set at (15 days) payment was taken well before even delivery!? Upon receipt of the package, the color of the boots did not match the photo on the site!? Quite disappointed.

You placed the order on Thursday 19/05 and the package was shipped on Tuesday 31/05, so well within the time frame. We sent you an email when the order was placed with the payment receipt, you paid by credit card so yes, the payment is made on the same day! Regarding the boots, we are truly sorry if they do not bring you complete satisfaction, in that case, if they are indeed new and unworn, do not hesitate to return them for an exchange or a refund.
