My purchase was not successful. The quality of the leather of the pants is exceptional, the best, very soft. But, I ordered size 36 and it was very tight in the rise and waist. I didn't like the silhouette it gave me so I returned it. Even though I love leather, pants have never fit me well.

This is the first time I am disappointed! I ordered these cowboy boots because the inside was flesh-colored (so it doesn't stain with sweat). The model resembles ref. 219, so black inside!! However, the shoemaker who put the pads assured me that it was of good quality.

The boots and belts are made in Spain, so there is an approximate delay due to transport which is completely normal. The deadlines are respected but we are unfortunately dependent on transport and delivery times. We inform all our customers with the colissimo number as soon as it is shipped so they can track the shipment and be aware of the position of their package at any given moment. The quality has really decreased over the last 20 years.... Owner of the same item for 23 years bought during a MOTOR concentration, I wear this belt daily which is still intact! Will today's one last as long? The thickness of the leather is well reduced; it lacks about 2mm; the touch is therefore not the same, it feels like a simple belt.

If it had been possible, I would have given 5/5 for the efficiency of online shopping and the refund after returning my order. I was disappointed upon receiving the item because the size did not match (I followed the size guide) and the design of the garment: a skirt impossible to wear due to lack of opening at the bottom, which prevents taking a normal step.

I ordered some boots which have still not arrived. I paid all the charges on the website. I have now received a letter from a delivery company saying I have to pay a whopping £102 in customs and excise charges to receive the parcel. There is no mention of this on the transaction. I am waiting for someone to get back to me. I would have never ordered the boots if I knew this. Update: Cuirs Guignard have responded have have helped with the cost of the Customs Duty and clearance tax which I got charged, I paid the VAT. So I'm very appreciative of their response. Thank you, good customer service.

C'est pour un envoi en Angleterre, la paire de botte a été réglée 249.17 ht au lieu de 299 ttc , il est obligatoire ensuite de régler les frais de douane pour récupérer le colis comme pour tout achat en France vers L'Angleterre.
