Item ordered for the first time, then returned because too small. The exchange was made very very quickly. Item received in the right size, of very good quality and in line with my expectations. Only small downside, return of the item at my expense.

Quality product, very nice and as advertised. Regarding the transport, I was not very satisfied, I imagine due to the transport company. The delivery address was not complete, therefore the delivery could not be made at home and I had to pick up the package at a pickup point.

The person on the phone is very nice and took my requests into account. Fast shipping. The website, however, could be improved in terms of customer ordering, especially for sending a gift to another address. I cannot comment on the quality since it is for Christmas sent to another address....

I was skeptical before ordering my leather jacket online, without trying it on, and I am absolutely delighted!! The jacket is beautiful, with very nice finishes and a perfect fit! The leather is of high quality. And above all, the help to choose the size according to measurements helps avoid a sizing mistake!

Upon very quick receipt of the package, total satisfaction with the impeccable quality of the jacket, but total disappointment, too small! Immediate recommended action, very quick response from the store that effectively guides me in a new choice based on size availability; after this choice by email, and therefore before receiving the return of the inadequate jacket, it was set aside by the store and sent as soon as the return was received. And this time, perfect size and sublime jacket: color, touch, cut. The quality-price-service ratio is unbeatable. A store to recommend with closed eyes!!!

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Hello, we have received your feedback on the order placed for a pair of boots from the Mayura brand. Order placed on 5/11 in the evening and shipped on 12/11. This product is a flagship product of the collection and we have not had any returns regarding quality issues. If you are not entirely satisfied, please do not hesitate to return the package for an exchange or a refund (if they are new and unworn, of course). Have a nice day, ETS GUIGNARD.
