I ordered and paid for an item unfortunately no longer in stock. I received an email the next day to inform me with apologies and a discount. Very nice quality, but had to take an extra size in the Men's Sendra cowboy boots because of the belt around the boot, luckily he has a slim foot... maybe it should be warned that the customer should be very slim-footed. I therefore give up ordering for Women, my instep does not allow me to own... your cowboy boots site is only for skinny people. Moreover, the return in tracked Collissimo is very expensive. We always specify to our customers who seek advice by phone or by email to take their usual size unless the instep is quite strong. We always find this issue on cowboy boots, as there are no zippers or elastic openings. But we have no issues fitting our customers, regardless of their morphology. On your order, you benefited from free shipping, as for the return costs, we make it clear that it is the customer's responsibility, we are a small structure and cannot afford it.
