Thanks to the quality of service of my first purchase in September, I decided to go for another item through the site. Aside from the small sizing issue (the M ordered was not in stock), the solution found was correct. Delivered quickly, I am very satisfied with the model. I bought a jacket from the same brand, I wasn't taking too much risk regarding the size.

Super fast delivery, thank you. Too bad the size XL is too small, a larger size would have been more judicious. But your sizes need to be reviewed, thank you anyway.

Bag faithful to its description and photo. Very good quality and a superb finish. I love it. Fast delivery. Just to regret the handles are a bit short to carry on the shoulder but it is so beautiful that I will manage. The best!

Good products on the men's leather vest (guignard). For the women's leather vest (Last rebel), the lining size is too big and overflows. Too bad.

Very nice quality, but had to take an extra size in the Men's Sendra cowboy boots because of the belt around the boot, luckily he has a slim foot... maybe it should be warned that the customer should be very slim-footed. I therefore give up ordering for Women, my instep does not allow me to own... your cowboy boots site is only for skinny people. Moreover, the return in tracked Collissimo is very expensive. It is not understandable that you cannot establish free returns at relay points. Best regards. Mrs. Moreau.

Response from Cuirs Guignard
Good evening, you ordered on our site the pair of leather boots 8286, which is a model that fits normally quite well. We always specify to our customers who seek advice by phone or by email to take their usual size unless the instep is quite strong. We always find this issue on cowboy boots, as there are no zippers or elastic openings. But we have no issues fitting our customers, regardless of their morphology. On your order, you benefited from free shipping, as for the return costs, we make it clear that it is the customer's responsibility, we are a small structure and cannot afford it. We are really sorry for your dissatisfaction. Good evening ETS GUIGNARD

Fast, quality product, too bad it didn't arrive in the right color, but it's not that serious, it's just a bag.
