Very friendly and competent phone reception staff. Alteration service with free return. I also benefited from a refund of a third of the price because I had purchased a few days before the sales. I just had to inform the reception staff that the price of the down jacket had just dropped for them to immediately pass the info to the manager... quite rare to be noted.
