Good quality but the heel on the right boot is narrower and very difficult to put on... a manufacturing issue I think

Hello, I remove one star because when opening my package by cutting the tape from the top with scissors, I accidentally scratched the leather of my bag (at the back). It would be necessary to place a piece of cardboard between the two. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the product and your shipping speed. Best regards, Vincent Chevreau

A bit reluctant to order cowboy boots online, but due to the lack of a store in my area. The boots are well presented on the site, the photos are of good quality, and Cuirs Guignard only sells brands, so no bad surprises upon delivery. Superb quality and order processed quickly: really very satisfied.

The article is perfect and conforms in size and color. I think I will order it again in a different color. The customer service I had for a small question is very competent. And the delivery is great.
