Some defects on the leather, especially at the seams in several places. Given the price of the jacket, it's a shame.

No tracking on the order, I don't know when my package will arrive and I haven't received an order confirmation by email.

The jacket I received corresponds to what I ordered. Nothing to say about the product. However, I have a slight impression of having narrowly escaped a scam... Hence the 3 stars. After a first order, I requested to return the jacket which was too large but too short. I did everything by the book by requesting a credit note to buy another jacket. A week later, having heard nothing, I contacted Guignard to find out if the package had arrived. I was told no and asked for the tracking number. Out of honesty, I told them that I had received the wrong proof of deposit at the post office and therefore did not know the tracking number. (This prevents any traceability) A week later, I was still told that my package had not arrived. Probably lost by the post office... I then turned to the post office without much hope since the condition for any coverage by the package insurance is to have the proof of deposit. After numerous attempts with different representatives and the support of the lady at the counter, the post office managed to find the number in question. And there, surprise: The package had arrived at Guignard a week ago... I then contacted Guignard by email to let them know that the post office confirmed the delivery. And there, within a minute, they replied that yes, indeed, the package had arrived and that they would issue me the credit note... Without explanations, without apologies... Guignard is not an Amazon depot, I doubt that a package of this size could go unnoticed when it arrives at their store. Maybe I'm wrong and I just happened to deal with the laziest person in this country, to the point that they didn't even have the strength to turn their head to see the package placed next to their desk... I am willing to be convinced by a sensible explanation. UPDATE I am modifying the end of my review because I just received a response and as I said: I am willing to be convinced... I also corrected the 2 weeks to 1 week. However, I still leave the 3 stars because in the end, you prefer to imply that I am the dishonest one rather than simply admitting that for the buyer (me) it is necessarily suspicious... It is still a substantial amount and precisely the week of Christmas...

Super quality, unfortunately very poorly cut for me at the armholes.

The problem with this company is that you place an order, everything goes well, and then no news for tracking. You are not kept informed of delivery times. I am a customer with them and I have already made this remark, but apparently, no improvement on this point. Otherwise, beautiful quality leather. Too bad there is no half size.. One foot stronger than the other for me, so I had to have them adjusted by a shoemaker for the right foot.. Right foot too big.. Ah my taste beautiful cowboy boots, nice finish, good leather, but not comfortable, to see with time.. mandatory to put insoles inside

I have not received my order yet, so this is not a comment on your products. I am happy to do a product review once I receive my order. My order date is 31 August. My order wasn't prepared until 9 September. And just today, a week after it was prepared and 16 days after my order date, my order has shipped. I've received 2 rating requests since I placed my order, so I am giving the feedback. Still very excited for my order. But shipping 16 days after my order date is very long. And I'm still not sure when delivery is expected, hoping delivery date will soon be available too.

The service from Cuirs Guignard was okay even though they did initially give me the wrong tracking number. The item took about two weeks from placing the order to receiving it here in Australia which was okay. Unfortunately, the Sendra Boots I ordered had a fault in them. Not up to Sendra's usual standard. Very disappointing but not worth the effort to return from here in Australia. They should have been checked by Cuirs Guingnard before dispatching them to me.

I received the jacket, it is too small despite the provided measurements that matched. When I requested a return and refund, there was no offer for an exchange in a larger size.

Order not received because the supplier is closed until August 28, so 3 to 4 weeks of waiting. Order placed on August 15, so a total of 1.5 months of waiting, I think.

After a small issue with my order, the responsiveness from the Cuir Guignard site was immediate. Thank you for this professionalism.

Thank you for your response, I understand it very well. I just find that there is a discrepancy between the photo preview and the product received. I hardly see the aspect of 'really marked aged' in your photo. These boots remain very beautiful, we will see with time. See you soon.

Impeccable service and responsiveness. It is regrettable that the sizes indicated for the boots are absolutely unrealistic 44 instead of 42!!! But the quality of the products makes you forget the issues of product exchanges...

Nothing to say about the quality of the product, however the delivery times are ridiculous!!!

Shipping costs are not free even beyond a certain amount, for example from 50.00 € or 100.00 €. Moreover, refunds are slow, you have to wait a week to be refunded.

Pretty bag that corresponds well to the presentation made in the photo and therefore to what I expected. The disappointment comes from its smell that persists even after it has been placed outside and under shelter for a whole week: has the leather been poorly tanned? Nevertheless, this defect is particularly annoying when no solution is in sight!

Lack of communication for package tracking.

Quality product. The price seems a bit expensive to me

The jacket ordered was disappointing, too small at the shoulders and arms, very tight despite being one size up from my usual size and the dimensions I provided. The announcement should have mentioned that the item runs very small. As a result, I was somewhat dissatisfied with the return at my expense, especially since it was the last available size. However, the refund was very quick and without difficulty.

The cut of my leather is perfect only I received the cognac brown color while I ordered the nut brown color.

Had to return a leather jacket as the size did not match the indicated measurements. Second leather jacket, quality of leather quite coarse.

For the choice of sizes, your site is not perfect at all. I ordered 3XL for a sleeveless leather jacket and I think that 1 or 2 XL would have been more than enough. Yet you ask for measurements for a control of the choice in the order. Needs improvement. However, top quality.

Product as described but buttons are already coming off after barely 2 weeks of wearing it. Huge disappointment given the price... One expects the buttons to be well attached

Good product, except that it is not the requested color!!

Leather jacket received quickly. However, at first, I was disappointed because the leather received does not match the item ordered online in every way. Removable hood of a different color, different stitching on the jacket, additional snap, in short, it is different from the images on the site. I hesitated to get a refund but I eventually appreciated the differences. One piece of advice I would give to CUIRS GUIGNARD is to take photos of the leather jackets that match those sent...

I returned the jacket because I didn't like the two-tone gradient side, at my expense. The person I spoke to on the phone told me that for the next shipment since I am exchanging this jacket for another of the same color, the company would include a 'return voucher' in case of a new exchange. It might be wise to include said voucher from the start..

I ordered a red bag and in the photo it is indeed red, but in reality it is raspberry.

Too bad to have to pay for delivery and return of the order otherwise nice site...

Received on time, very nice cowboy boots but unfortunately impossible to put on! Shaft too narrow after a cordial phone conversation, an exchange for another model was agreed. Attentive and customer service representative.

Jacket darker than the photo on the site. Good quality price ratio. Good quality leather. Down comes out of the lining. To see with time.

Down jacket at 330 euros received in 7 days but a bit tight with 1 sweater.. so returned and return costs at the customer's expense. That's 9.3 euros.. too bad at this price that the costs are not covered..

Satisfied with the purchases made without being able to examine one of my last 2 purchases separated by your care for delivery, as it did not arrive at the delivery address given for this last order. Ordering in the same cart and paying together. Causing a problem to retrieve it. Dissatisfaction for having placed other orders, doubt about the delivery

Size too small. I ordered a size 42 jacket and I can't close it... Really disappointed but beautiful quality, what a shame...

Left foot very difficult to put on hurts me on top. Very disappointed given the price paid.
