I am only half satisfied because the size 44 I received is not perfect. My friend wears 44 for all his pants and here he is missing 2 cm at the waist, it is too tight... since I bought it for his birthday he did not want to exchange it, especially since the only available size would be 46 and that the pants would not fall well because apart from the waistband that tightens, the rest fits perfectly.

Fast, careful delivery and within the deadlines. Good quality travel bag. However, the color was not what was expected compared to the photos on the site. It was an orange cognac while in the photo it was a light brown cognac. Since it was a gift, we do not know if the person dared to say they were disappointed but they had asked for a brown bag...

Very nice leather, however the jacket really runs very small. I wear a M in all brands, I took an L to be comfortable and it is still too small.

Regarding the quality of the jacket, impeccable, but 12 euros for shipping plus 16 euros 50 for the return is a bit expensive for a jacket whose measurements are not respected. I myself have a jacket size 7 XL and yours is missing almost 20 cm.

Leather garment ordered in black and delivered with an invoice clearly stating a black garment except that inside the package is a brown garment. Too lazy to return everything and the garment is nice also in brown but lacks seriousness in the packaging service.

The delivery time was not respected, forcing a person to stay on site for a day unnecessarily, the package announced for 23/11 was delivered on 24/11 and, cherry on the cake, the confidential code was not requested for the package delivery.... too bad to secure deliveries without going all the way. Perfect quality but your sizes are smaller than normal. You need to add one or two sizes up. For a 44, you need a 48. So I am returning the package today for an exchange from 46 to 48.

I ordered a leather jacket that I had to return twice because the size did not fit. So far, no worries, they handled my request and quickly sent the requested size. The problem is that returns for size issues are charged, unlike many online sales sites. So I find it risky to order from this site, especially since the ordered item runs very small. For a usual M size, the XL was still too small. So at 8-9 euros for the return to change the size, it's expensive.

The product is excellent, the phone reception as well as the speed of shipping is also good. However, the size chart is wrong. The measurements for the chest and waist corresponded to 4XL while even 2XL is a bit loose!

Beautiful products, efficient return service, too bad that when a garment is clearly recognized as "sizing small" it is not indicated.... this would have avoided a "costly" return, and the disappointment of not being able to fulfill my desire for a leather coat!!

The boots are good and comfortable, I think they run a bit large, I wanted all-leather shoes, that's fine but the rubber protective soles are too thick and give a somewhat cheap finish.

I find that for the price!!! The quality of the leather is not optimal. The cut is nice but I find the leather very very thin which suggests a very quick wear of certain elements of the blazer. I admit I was very surprised by the weight, expecting to have a leather that holds well and that is not the case, mainly due to the thinness of the product. I was planning to buy a three-quarter for this winter, but now I am in a phase of reflection.

In search of red cowboy boots, I thought I found my happiness on the Cuirs Guignard site. The delivery was quick, the payment in three installments is a plus, but the shipping costs are quite high. Upon receipt, disappointment, not on the product, superb, but on the size and fit. The boots are too big (+ or - one size too much) and especially too wide. They seem to be sized for a man's foot, while they appear in the women's boots search. Not being convinced that a smaller size would make a difference in width, I preferred to return them and request a refund, which was done quickly and without problem. Another small downside, for the return we were asked to include the invoice, impossible to find out how to download it from my account. I had to copy/paste the page, not very practical... In summary, good products, good customer service, but a lack of information in the descriptions.
