Having ordered a jacket for the first time, I am very satisfied with the quality of it as well as the speed of delivery. The only downside: I find it a shame to have to pay for shipping costs (about twenty euros) for a jacket that already costs 300 euros. These shipping costs should, in my opinion, be waived for orders over a certain amount like all other online sales sites.

The bag is absolutely beautiful, great quality, colour, etc. However, shipping was not handled best - the courier left no note for me, that the parcel had arrived. I had to find my order myself, which required a number of emails and phone calls to clear things out. I strongly recommend changing the shipping company in Poland, because you use probably the worst one (not my first bad experience with them).

Magnificent product corresponds to my desire. However, the return period of 14 days is a bit short because I ordered for Valentine's Day so I won't be on time by February 14 if the gift does not meet my friend's needs but I am reassured seeing the product.
