I ordered a pair of pants and had to resend it at MY EXPENSE because it was too small, and I find it unfortunate given the price of the pants, to pay extra for the shipping costs, it should be free like many others

We cannot support returns in quantity (because often if returns are free, that is the case), we do not have the structure for it and prefer to hold our customers accountable. Product conforms and is of good quality. There should be more precise tracking of the order to know where the delivery is. Also, it was indicated that we would receive a call to confirm the size and that did not happen (luckily it was the right one!).

Disappointed the leather remains very stiff, I ordered other high cowboy boots from you they are too stiff to put on, I took them to my cobbler twice to soften them nothing to do I will try to sell them but I remain very disappointed by the fit and the difficulty to put them on...

Hello, We are really sorry if the leather does not suit you, all cowboy boots are made of cowhide. They tend to soften once worn, while keeping a good fit. High cowboy boots are always a bit more difficult to put on at first especially if the instep is high it all depends on each person's morphology. Best regards ETS GUIGNARD
