Hello, We are truly sorry, you indeed placed an order on our site on 14/09 in the middle of the day for 2 jackets. Your order was shipped on 17/09, you were notified by email with the Colissimo tracking link. It was clearly stated on the site that it would be shipped within 7 working days, so we did respect the announced deadline as the package was shipped within 3/4 working days. We just checked on the Colissimo site, the package was indeed taken care of from 17/09 and was supposed to be delivered today but the delivery was delayed, so you should have your package by tomorrow.
