The products I bought were intended for a filly who doesn’t live in my area and whom I sponsor. I would have liked to be able to slip a little note into the package so the owner would know. Someone kindly took the time to email me to say that it wasn’t possible. I wasn’t asking for a paid service. Writing it by hand on a simple piece of paper would have been more than enough. It’s a bit outrageous to want to charge for that.

Response from Cura naturale

Fast shipping, quality product, and very responsive customer service. The staff are understanding and kind. Thank you again for your products and for listening to your customers. I had already been given products from the range as a gift, and now I place my own orders because the products are high quality.
