Delighted with the shining detangler I received! The chocolate scent is divine and after 3 days it's still noticeable on my dogs. It greatly facilitates brushing. Can't wait to test it with my foal!

Response from Cura naturale
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback, and we understand your disappointment, a one-month delay is indeed unacceptable, it is very far from our standard and we are sincerely sorry.
Our promise remains to ship any order placed before 1 PM on a business day the same day. We are currently going through a nice growth period, amplified by the success of our latest seasonal editions, and we are adjusting the team to fully regain this pace. A new recruit will join us very soon, and everything is being put in place to ensure that this type of delay does not happen again.
We would really be happy to restore your trust. If you wish, write to [email protected] mentioning your order number, the team will see what can be done to assist you with a future order.
Have a nice day

Nothing to say about the package itself, but the announced delivery time and the actual delivery time are not the same. I expect a fairly quick delivery to receive the products for the competition and unfortunately received well after.

The order took a long time to be shipped and I don't feel that the product is very effective... I am a bit disappointed on these points. Nevertheless, the package arrived well packaged and very well protected in a nice wrapping.

Hello,
Thank you for this feedback, sincere on both points and really appreciated regarding the care taken in the packaging.
Regarding the shipping delay, you are right and we are sorry about it. Our promise remains to ship any order placed before 1 PM on a business day the same day. We are currently going through a nice growth period, amplified by the success of our latest seasonal editions, and we are adjusting the team to fully regain this pace. A new recruit will join us very soon.
Regarding effectiveness, your feedback deserves us to dig deeper together. Depending on the product used and the targeted issue, the response can be very different, and some of our treatments really act deeply over time rather than immediately. If you would like us to review the protocol to better match your animal's situation, please write to [email protected] with some details (the product used, the issue, how long it has been applied), we would be happy to adjust with you.
Have a nice day!

Since the time I wanted to try the detangler, I regret nothing, they are super effective, it untangles my horse's big mane and on top of that the smell lasts for several days. I will definitely reorder.

Response from Cura naturale
Hello Lou,
We have seen your review left on the product page.
Our shampoos are intentionally formulated without thickening agents. The thicker shampoos that are usually found owe their consistency to texturizing agents that do not add anything to the effectiveness of the product. With us, what is in the bottle are the active ingredients, not fillers.
For optimal use, two methods we recommend. Pour a dose into a bucket, foam with a jet and apply with a sponge on the coat. Or use a jet system with an integrated shampoo reservoir, very practical and economical, the fluid texture is perfect for this type of application. In both cases, diluting before use is the right practice, it optimizes the foam, distribution, and consumption of the product.
By the way, we will soon submit the question to our community to see if this texture is appreciated or if you prefer us to thicken it. Your feedback matters
