Satisfied with the repairing balm but not with the hair regrowth gel, too liquid and therefore difficult to apply, and seems ineffective

Response from Cura naturale
Hello Marie-Noelle,

Thank you for this feedback, and we are happy that the Repairing Balm is fulfilling its role in your care routine.

Regarding the gel, its fluid consistency is due to its aloe vera-based formulation. A few drops applied directly to the balding area, then lightly massaged, allow for good distribution. Its action builds over time, on healed and pink skin, and requires consistency before regrowth becomes visible.

To go further, write to us at [email protected] with your order number and a short video of the product: this will allow us to check its texture and respond to you precisely.

Significant delay in the delivery of the package (Regardless of Cura) + the spray does not work so it is impossible to use the bottle... it's a shame

Response from Cura naturale
Hello Charlotte,

Thank you for your feedback. On our side, the tracking of your package does not indicate any anomalies or delays reported by the carrier, it was a standard delivery, which naturally takes longer than an express delivery.

For the spray that does not work, often a few small checks are enough to get it working again. Write to us at [email protected] with your order number, we will look into this with you.
