I paid almost €10 for home delivery fees and the delivery was directly sent to a pickup point. I tried to contact Mondial Relay, obviously they are unresponsive. I will keep you updated with them, this is recurring.

This type of rerouting is sometimes decided by the carrier in case of saturation or modified routes, but this was not communicated to you, and that is the real issue. Very very happy with my Cura Naturale order!
