Really perfect! Effective products and great quality! Negative point, my nourishing oil was open in the package so I had oil everywhere but it smells good so it makes up for the accident :)

Unfortunately, a very mixed experience, I love the products, 2 orders, 2 delivery problems (including one order still out there at the moment), as for the other I paid for home delivery and it was delivered to a locker instead... it's a shame, the products are great, nothing to say but the delivery issues really tarnish the experience... hoping to eventually get a refund for my missing package...

Response from Cura naturale
Hello Sonia, thank you for this feedback, and first of all a big thank you for highlighting that you like the products so much, it means a lot to us. We understand that two orders marked by delivery issues tarnish the experience, and your disappointment is legitimate.
Regarding the home delivery that was redirected to a pickup point, it was our logistics team that redirected the package because home delivery was not possible due to a carrier issue. A compensation for the difference in shipping costs has been made as a result. Regarding the order still pending, we understand your impatience regarding the refund and we are not losing sight of this case.
To get a precise update on these two orders and their follow-up, please write to us at [email protected] with your order numbers, we will take over each case with you.

The respiratory oil, my Juju takes it well. The repellent works but not for 24 hours, too bad it passes quickly

First order placed on the Cura site. And what can I say about the products, they are high quality and in well-proportioned quantities. Incredible scents. If I could afford it, I would take all the ranges! I completely recommend the Cura brand!

Received damaged package, I have been requesting compensation for 15 days, there are never enough photos and it is very complicated. Being pregnant and not at home, I cannot do more. Very disappointed as everything has always gone well!

Response from Cura naturale
Hello Héloïse, thank you for your feedback, and I am sincerely sorry for this situation after experiences that have always gone well.
A damaged package and the feeling of following up without response for fifteen days is not at all how we work: we respond to all our customers within 24 hours on business days. I honestly think one of your emails slipped through and we missed it, and I am sorry for that, as it is not normal to have left you without a solution for so long.
Please write to us at [email protected] with your order number and the mention URGENT in the subject, simply recalling the elements already transmitted: we will prioritize your case to resolve it quickly, without asking you for more.
Have a nice day
