I really recommend Cura naturale, the service is really efficient, when you contact them for questions (before or after ordering) they respond very quickly, I received my order very quickly with a lot of kindness. I got plenty of advice for my old dog of 13 years who has bronchial issues. All that to say, really don't hesitate, you can order with your eyes closed! I will gladly order again. I have been using it for a week and I notice that the effectiveness does not last long and that in the areas where I apply it, my ponies and the horse are losing their hair like with many products. Under the belly it's fine but on the head, no.

Delivery was a bit long and especially the package did not arrive at the requested pickup point at all. I had to drive more than 40 minutes to go pick it up. However, the package arrived complete and I can't wait to test the products :)

As good as the products are, the customer service is disappointing. I ordered 3 bottles of "respiratory comfort", all of which leaked during transport, and customer service replied to me "you can still use them" without acknowledging the defective nature of the paid products and without caring about the lack of hygiene.

As we discussed together, these leaks are of mechanical origin at the time of packaging, sometimes due to insufficient tightening of the cap at the end of the line combined with the shocks of transport, with no issues of sealing or preservation of the contents of our products. To prevent this inconvenience from happening again, we will soon be completely evolving our packaging.
As agreed, two solutions are offered to you. Either a refund in the form of a voucher with no expiration date, in which case you keep your bottles, as the product inside remains perfectly usable. Or the return of the bottles for a refund to your original payment method. We remain at your disposal by email at [email protected] to finalize the option that suits you.
