Terrible experience with customer service. I received my package with 2 repellent oils and 2 refills for foot oils. One of the two bottles for foot oils was not properly protected during packaging: the cap was not wrapped in craft paper. Result: open cap, all my products are soaked, and I lost 7/8 of the product. No big deal, a few photos, report to customer service. That's where the sketch begins! "You should have expressed your reservation to the delivery person" -> Easy, my package was delivered in a collection box. How do I express the issue? Impossible! "Then you should have refused the package" -> So deprive myself of repellent oils in the middle of a heatwave that I desperately needed. "Well, we are willing to make an effort but we want photos of the product on a scale to estimate the loss" -> Okay, photos sent. "So actually we also need photos of the open cap (phew, I had taken some in the box), then on the scale with the product name visible, then your photos are too blurry, then not bright enough, then we need to see what remains IN the bottle AND the product name AND the weight on the scale in the SAME PHOTO (great with phones and their auto-focus), I could go on and on. In short, I ended up with a package where all the products are disgusting, one sacrificed, and a customer service that is leading me on hoping I will abandon my claim, all while one of THEIR preparers messed up the packaging. CURA is over for me, there is one thing I hate, and that is bad faith.

The repellent oil does not form a layer on the surface of the hair: it is worked in with the fingers or in the palm of the hand, massaging the area until it penetrates, without leaving a greasy film. A small amount well massaged protects much better than a large amount that remains on the surface, which fades almost immediately. The gesture therefore matters much more than the volume applied.
Secondly, this oil is designed for sensitive areas of the head and the most attacked areas, in addition to the repellent which ensures the base coverage over the entire body. Used alone, it leaves the rest of the body attractive and the insects quickly relocate there.

Regarding the head of the detangler spray that does not work, in the vast majority of cases this is not a defect but a simple startup to do: first remove the small safety trigger at the back of the head, shake the bottle well, then prime the pump by pressing several times until the mist comes out, the first presses only draw the product into the tube. If after that the head remains blocked, please write to us at [email protected] with your order number and a short video, we will find a solution with you.
On the shampoo format, we understand your surprise. The capacity is indicated on the sheet, but we understand that the actual rendering may surprise upon receipt. One useful point, however: the shampoo is always used diluted, a few presses in a bucket of water are enough to cover the entire body, which makes it last much longer than one might imagine at first glance.
