I bought repellent oil for my horses and my dog and I am not convinced of its effectiveness over several hours. Maybe it is effective against flies on the horses' heads but since they have masks... I also took anti-itch gel for my golden and there too, not convinced.

Response from Cura naturale
Hello Karine, thank you for taking the time for this detailed feedback. The effectiveness of repellents depends a lot on conditions, heat, sweating, rain, and renewal: the mist covers the body and is regularly renewed, while the oil lasts longer on targeted areas. On your horses already equipped with masks, the head is indeed protected, and the repellent then makes sense on the rest of the body and exposed areas. For your golden's anti-itch gel, it is a soothing treatment that calms the skin without repelling parasites: it is used in addition to a repellent and the anti-parasitic strategy. Write to us at [email protected] with your order number, we will be happy to review everything with you.

The head of the detangler spray does not work, and it’s a strange idea to offer such a small shampoo format, obviously the capacity was mentioned and I did not check well but I did not imagine at the price that it would be so small. For the rest, the products smell very good.

Response from Cura naturale
Hello Olivia, thank you for this feedback, and glad that you like the fragrances of our products.
Regarding the head of the detangler spray that does not work, in the vast majority of cases this is not a defect but a simple startup to do: first remove the small safety trigger at the back of the head, shake the bottle well, then prime the pump by pressing several times until the mist comes out, the first presses only draw the product into the tube. If after that the head remains blocked, please write to us at [email protected] with your order number and a short video, we will find a solution with you.
On the shampoo format, we understand your surprise. The capacity is indicated on the sheet, but we understand that the actual rendering may surprise upon receipt. One useful point, however: the shampoo is always used diluted, a few presses in a bucket of water are enough to cover the entire body, which makes it last much longer than one might imagine at first glance.
Do not hesitate to write to us if the spray resists these few gestures, we will take over.

Really perfect! Effective products and great quality! Negative point, my nourishing oil was open in the package so I had oil everywhere but it smells good so it makes up for the accident :)
