Customer reviews of Cura naturale

Hello Pauline, Thank you very much for your feedback. I am sincerely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations regarding delivery and I completely understand your disappointment with this delay. The holiday period was marked by an exceptional demand that we did not anticipate. Despite all our efforts to ship each order as quickly as possible, this influx unfortunately extended our usual preparation times. As a reminder, your package was still delivered 6 working days after your order. An order placed on Saturday was shipped on Wednesday, which is an additional 48 hours delay. Your opinion is very valuable as it helps us improve. Rest assured that we have learned lessons from this period and that we will do everything possible next year to ensure that this situation does not happen again. Thank you for your patience, I wish you a nice day. Emmanuel

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, and we are sincerely sorry to read that the result did not meet your expectations. The 'sticky' effect you describe is almost always a sign of product overdose. Our nourishing oil is a very pure and rich formula, without water. A very small amount is sufficient. If too much is applied, the fur becomes saturated and can no longer absorb, which gives this greasy or sticky appearance. Our advice for a better experience: Next time, try applying much less. Just pour 2-3 drops into the palm of your hand, rub your palms together, then stroke your dog's fur. This way you will get all the benefits of nutrition and shine, without the sticky effect. We hope this little tip will help you appreciate the product better. Have a nice day!
