Natural ingredients naturally come at a cost that synthetic ingredient formulations do not have, which are cheaper to produce, and it is this choice of actives and suppliers that reflects our price. Nevertheless, it remains very reasonable compared to the market: for comparable quality, our prices are significantly lower than what is practiced elsewhere. It is mainly your feelings about the results that we would like to understand, as effectiveness depends greatly on the product chosen for the right issue, the application method, and the duration of use, and sometimes a simple adjustment is enough to change everything.

An application point is crucial for this product, and it is often what explains a disappointment. The repellent oil does not form a layer on the surface of the hair: it is worked in with the fingers or in the palm of the hand, massaging the area until it penetrates, without leaving a greasy film. A small amount well massaged protects much better than a large amount that remains on the surface, which fades almost immediately. The gesture therefore matters much more than the volume applied.

Secondly, this oil is designed for sensitive areas of the head and the most attacked areas, in addition to the repellent which ensures the base coverage over the entire body. Used alone, it leaves the rest of the body attractive and the insects quickly relocate there.

Hello Lou, thank you very much for this feedback, and especially for the word about the packages: they are prepared by hand with us, and knowing that this is felt upon opening touches us.

Regarding the Detangler & polishing bottle, your remark is legitimate and we prefer to be transparent: this container and its spray head are new in the range, and we have received some feedback. Two points have been identified. First, failing spray heads, on a minority of bottles, for which we are awaiting feedback from our supplier. Secondly, we noticed that the stick does not reach the bottom of the 500 ml bottle, which prevents it from drawing the product once the level is lowered. Our supplier will conduct tests to ensure this issue is resolved for good.

In any case, this type of concern is taken care of on our side: write to us at [email protected] with your order number, we will find a solution with you. There is no reason for you to be left with a spray bottle that doesn't work.
