I had placed the order to receive it in two days (because my horse had an abscess so it was great) as indicated on the site but I received it after a week .. a bit disappointed

Nothing to say about the product which is great, however very disappointed with the delays, indeed on the site the delay was 3-4 days and in the end I received the package 10 days later and therefore not on time for my competition for which I had ordered the clay, I had to buy clay on site more expensive and less good

«Error during my order when I entered the promo code. Instead of the 10% discount, the delivery became free and the validation was done automatically. It was 3:07 PM when I searched in vain for help by email, social networks... Order immediately passed for shipping so impossible to cancel. 24 hours later, obviously, I was told it was too late, without the slightest consideration. Not even a call when I tried all channels and there is no phone number, I admit to being quite disappointed... I had also ordered a product, I received the refill and not the spray. That's a lot for a single order that arrived by the greatest of chances at a locker where I sent a friend to be on time and then I wanted to have the products delivered to him. I have already ordered several times but I admit that this could make me think twice before ordering again

Regarding the 10% promotional code, no message was sent to us on this subject. That said, we can of course grant you this discount through our loyalty program: do not hesitate to request it, we will take care of it with pleasure. Your message reached us at 3:07 PM, but the order had already been prepared and shipped immediately, as mentioned in our response the next morning. We are a small passionate team, which allows us to ship orders very quickly... sometimes too quickly, as was unfortunately the case here. This makes last-minute changes difficult to integrate once the order is launched for preparation. As for the product received, it is not a preparation error: the product sheet specifies that the 500 ml format corresponds to a refill. We understand that this may have caused confusion, and we will review its presentation to make this information more visible. We are sorry that this order did not meet your expectations.
