Customers praise fast, careful delivery and well-packaged orders, noting quick shipping and reliable packaging that protects products. Repeated mentions of long-time satisfaction and loyalty reinforce the store’s reliability and high standards in both products and service.
Received damaged package, I have been requesting compensation for 15 days, there are never enough photos and it is very complicated. Being pregnant and not at home, I cannot do more. Very disappointed as everything has always gone well!

Response from Cura naturale
Hello Héloïse, thank you for your feedback, and I am sincerely sorry for this situation after experiences that have always gone well.
A damaged package and the feeling of following up without response for fifteen days is not at all how we work: we respond to all our customers within 24 hours on business days. I honestly think one of your emails slipped through and we missed it, and I am sorry for that, as it is not normal to have left you without a solution for so long.
Please write to us at [email protected] with your order number and the mention URGENT in the subject, simply recalling the elements already transmitted: we will prioritize your case to resolve it quickly, without asking you for more.
Have a nice day
I

My first order was in January and since then, I keep repurchasing from this site. The scents are just great, the quality is exceptional, and the customer service is top-notch! Thank you so much for creating this brand that I rely on daily and without which my horse wouldn't smell as good! I am extremely excited to receive my package! Thank you again for this crazy work you do every day that allows us to pamper our animals this way. Thank you, thank you, I wouldn't change brands of care for anything in the world (as a little anecdote, I have already cried like a baby because someone used my detangler behind my back. I understand, how to resist?)

Responsive team on delivery due to urgent need. Product is in progress so no feedback on effectiveness yet but easy to give directly in the mouth.
