Respect for deadlines, good follow-up. However, the amount of €95 to benefit from home delivery remains quite high. I don't always find the explanations regarding promotions/current offers very clear, fortunately the customer service is very responsive to provide me with all the necessary answers.

Nothing to say about the product which is great, however very disappointed with the delays, indeed on the site the delay was 3-4 days and in the end I received the package 10 days later and therefore not on time for my competition for which I had ordered the clay, I had to buy clay on site more expensive and less good

Hello Léna, I am sorry to read about your experience with your order. It happens that there are many orders during the weekend and the shipping of orders can be delayed at the beginning of the week. Despite a 24-hour delay in shipping, the choice of express delivery allowed for delivery the day after shipping, which was Thursday. With standard delivery, you would have been delivered Friday at the earliest, or even Monday. We are currently working on a new website to make the information even clearer, particularly by distinctly separating the classic formats (with sprayer) and the refill formats.
