Response from Cura naturale
Hello Aurore, such disappointing delays are a real source of frustration and we completely understand it.
We are going through a period where we can no longer consistently meet our promise of fast shipping, and we do not take this lightly. A thorough work is currently being done to sustainably restore our deadlines, and we will have the opportunity to discuss this more broadly soon.
If an order is still pending on your side, please let us know its number at [email protected], we will follow it up without delay with you.
Have a nice day

Excellent products. Service attentive to its customers and their needs. However, a small downside for the shipping time of the package which is getting longer and longer (more than 10 days passed between the order and its shipment).

Perfect! Delivery and deadline respected! For the products: -nourishing oil: I use it on mane and coat, the scent is neutral and pleasant and I feel the mane is nourished and less damaged (dermatitis horse) -skin comfort supplement: 1 week of use and I already notice on my dermatitis horse, less scratching and more comfort for him I recommend the products and will not hesitate to reorder for other products!

fast delivery, special mention for the repairing balm, however I find the anti-itch gel a bit too liquid, so with a foal that moves and on which we have to apply this gel on the head, the maneuver is a bit tricky

It's nice to receive an order so well packaged in a perfect container and especially delivered quickly. Moreover, you take into account the comments we make to improve the practical side of the application or the rationing of products. Thank you to the entire Cura naturale team.
