Julie was very responsive following this urgent order, the day before a holiday. The clay for sensitive hooves immediately relieved my mare during a too short trimming. I highly recommend!

Extremely expensive shipping for a home delivery that ultimately turns into a drop-off at a relay point because the delivery person did not bother to come to my place! The customer service leaves us with the fait accompli. Admittedly, the delivery course is not under their responsibility, but collecting the 7 euros is!

Response from Cura naturale
Hello, we understand your disappointment in picking up your package at a relay point when you had chosen home delivery.
To clarify the facts calmly: the carrier's tracking indicates a presentation at your address on August 11, recorded as the recipient's absence. In this case, it is the carrier who automatically redirects the package to a relay point, a step that is beyond our control.
Regarding the 7 euros, they correspond to the cost of delivery and the logistics of shipping your package. This is not an amount that the brand sets aside: it finances the transport and processing of your order.
We sincerely regret that this delivery could not reach your home as planned.
