Very long delivery without information provided by the site except when I asked via Messenger where my order was, I understand that the holiday period is complicated but a minimum of information would have been welcome otherwise the package was very clean and well packaged

Response from Cura naturale
Hello Alixia, Thank you for your order. I am sorry for your disappointment. Indeed, we were caught off guard during the holidays by the number of orders. We could not meet our usual shipping times of 24 hours. The delay must have been extended to 3 working days. Have a nice day, Emmanuel

Site that is optimizing, with a lot of choices sometimes a bit complicated to read because of the tabs that 'disappear' due to mouse sensitivity

The digestive comfort supplements showed results after 2 days with my dog, really great, however the nougat detangler for horses is unusable below 5 degrees, so sold in winter, making it complicated to use, this should be indicated or sold in summer

Delivery too long
Translated reviews
Response from Cura naturale
Hello Pauline, Thank you very much for your feedback. I am sincerely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations regarding delivery and I completely understand your disappointment with this delay. The holiday period was marked by an exceptional demand that we did not anticipate. Despite all our efforts to ship each order as quickly as possible, this influx unfortunately extended our usual preparation times. As a reminder, your package was still delivered 6 working days after your order. An order placed on Saturday was shipped on Wednesday, which is an additional 48 hours delay. Your opinion is very valuable as it helps us improve. Rest assured that we have learned lessons from this period and that we will do everything possible next year to ensure that this situation does not happen again. Thank you for your patience, I wish you a nice day. Emmanuel
