Regarding the gel, its fluid consistency is due to its aloe vera-based formulation. A few drops applied directly to the balding area, then lightly massaged, allow for good distribution. Its action builds over time, on healed and pink skin, and requires consistency before regrowth becomes visible.

Regarding the head of the detangler spray that does not work, in the vast majority of cases this is not a defect but a simple startup to do: first remove the small safety trigger at the back of the head, shake the bottle well, then prime the pump by pressing several times until the mist comes out, the first presses only draw the product into the tube. If after that the head remains blocked, please write to us at [email protected] with your order number and a short video, we will find a solution with you.

On the shampoo format, we understand your surprise. The capacity is indicated on the sheet, but we understand that the actual rendering may surprise upon receipt. One useful point, however: the shampoo is always used diluted, a few presses in a bucket of water are enough to cover the entire body, which makes it last much longer than one might imagine at first glance.
