I had placed the order to receive it in two days (because my horse had an abscess so it was great) as indicated on the site but I received it after a week .. a bit disappointed

Nothing to say about the product which is great, however very disappointed with the delays, indeed on the site the delay was 3-4 days and in the end I received the package 10 days later and therefore not on time for my competition for which I had ordered the clay, I had to buy clay on site more expensive and less good

We are currently working on a new website to make the information even clearer, particularly by distinctly separating the classic formats (with sprayer) and the refill formats. This is already in place for our Detangler & Polish, and it will soon be extended to all concerned products. If you were referring to the repellent, our apologies for this lack of clarity!
