I received the order a bit late and was only able to start the product yesterday. However, the product was very well packaged. To be tested on the duration.... because since I just started, I don't have any feedback on the product.

Great products! The wild strawberry detanglers smell so good, however, I'm a bit less fond of the honey one...

Response from Cura naturale
Hello Manon, thank you for this feedback and glad that you like the detanglers, the Wild Strawberry clearly has its fans.
We note your feelings about the Honey, tastes in terms of fragrance are really personal and this feedback helps us guide our future editions. New scents will arrive with the seasons, there is plenty to find something that suits you.

I really recommend Cura naturale, the service is really efficient, when you contact them for questions (before or after ordering) they respond very quickly, I received my order very quickly with a lot of kindness. I got plenty of advice for my old dog of 13 years who has bronchial issues. All that to say, really don't hesitate, you can order with your eyes closed! I will gladly order again. Thank you again to them for their speed, their kindness, and their products!

The delivery times were not respected even though I paid for express delivery - before 1 PM the next day.

Response from Cura naturale
Hello Ilona, having paid for express delivery with a commitment before 1 PM the next day and not seeing it respected is a disappointment that we completely understand.
This commitment was not upheld for your order, and we know that. The workshop is currently undergoing a deep reorganization to restore reliability to our timelines, and we will communicate publicly very soon on this matter.
The point on the express delivery method you paid for deserves to be looked at specifically. Please write to us at [email protected] with your order number and the mention URGENT in the subject line, we will get back in touch to review with you.
Have a sweet day!
