The products I bought were intended for a filly who doesn’t live in my area and whom I sponsor. I would have liked to be able to slip a little note into the package so the owner would know. Someone kindly took the time to email me to say that it wasn’t possible. I wasn’t asking for a paid service. Writing it by hand on a simple piece of paper would have been more than enough. It’s a bit outrageous to want to charge for that.

Regarding the gel, its fluid consistency is due to its aloe vera-based formulation. A few drops applied directly to the balding area, then lightly massaged, allow for good distribution. Its action builds over time, on healed and pink skin, and requires consistency before regrowth becomes visible.
