Great despite the delivery being a bit long... but otherwise the products are great

Just the label is a bit blurry and I didn't see that it needed to be shaken before use, but an acquaintance clarified that for me and since then the use of the purifying clay has been perfect!

Tested for about fifteen days, seems to prove itself. Easier to spread than other creams and very good smell!

Natural Care offers quality, effective, and natural products. I appreciated the seriousness of the brand, the clarity of the information, and the visible results. A very good experience, I recommend.

I ordered several products. The cleansing clay for hooves is really easy to apply, and I saw a beautiful difference on my horses' feet. As for the detangler, when I used it on my horses, I noticed an incredible shine! But I thought there must be chemicals to achieve such results. Finally, upon analyzing the composition, it turns out that all the ingredients are natural, so it's really a great product! For now, among the scents tested, my favorite is 'passion fruit'. Just a small downside regarding the containers, I often have a bit of trouble spraying properly, sometimes very little liquid comes out, it's not a very practical spray, let's say.

Site that is optimizing, with a lot of choices sometimes a bit complicated to read because of the tabs that 'disappear' due to mouse sensitivity

The digestive comfort supplements showed results after 2 days with my dog, really great, however the nougat detangler for horses is unusable below 5 degrees, so sold in winter, making it complicated to use, this should be indicated or sold in summer

A wonderful smell! But I often have a spray that leaks during use, like the Marinette. When activated, it drips on the hands.

Too bad, for a gift card, I would have liked a real card, a physical card. Not a piece of paper to print.

As this product acts in the long term, it is complicated to respond objectively so quickly, since it is in addition to another medication. I hope I will be satisfied, not for me, but for my dog since he is the one suffering.

I don't find the site very practical for properly identifying and using the products. I rely on the stories of Marinette Athimon.

The only thing I find that makes it not super easy to find our products is that they are all white with a green label. So not super easy to identify, you have to read (very small on the phone) the name of each product to find the right one.

Respect for deadlines, good follow-up. However, the amount of €95 to benefit from home delivery remains quite high. I don't always find the explanations regarding promotions/current offers very clear, fortunately the customer service is very responsive to provide me with all the necessary answers.

The site is great and the products are too, the only issue is that I order them from La Réunion so with customs the products come back 2 to 3 times more expensive.
