Package does not match my order!!! Moreover, the return of the package is at my expense!!!

I ordered Overstim products marked as available when in fact they are not! It's a bit annoying that they can't keep their stock up to date.

Reception delay much too long

Delivery time a bit long this time ...

Disappointed twice. First time I paid and then I was told it was unavailable and offered a much more expensive item, for me this is forced selling. Second order, protective frame tape sent in a simple bag, Result tape arrived crushed and marked so difficult to apply and a disappointing result. And they don't even apologize after reporting the problem.

Contradictory delivery error; despite email exchanges where everything seemed settled, I did not receive the expected jersey and therefore had to make a return. Waste of time and not very serious....

Speedy delivery and good quality product.

I am delighted with my purchase, however I am not convinced by the system that allows replacing the 3-point plate with the SPD plate, honestly it's much harder than in the video! I don't understand why it's so hard to equip our children, when you don't know much it's a nightmare!

Fast and careful shipping, but it's a shame the shoes arrived damaged. As if they had already been used. What a pity!

Hello, I am very satisfied with the product purchased but not with the order processing. I ordered 2 shorts but only received one due to a stock error. I would have liked the order to be fulfilled by receiving 2 shorts and not just one. Even if the model had been somewhat different while still being equivalent. I am not responsible for the stock error. Best regards. Bruno

Speed of shipping

Serious site with customer service available by phone. The only complaint I can make is that the order was placed on March 6 and the item was only shipped on March 13 for reception on March 17.

I am satisfied with My expectations

I didn't want to leave a review, but since I'm invited to... I ordered a pair of shorts and a pair of shoe covers on February 17th. After placing my order, I was informed that the shorts were out of stock, so I quickly responded (within an hour) to get my order processed quickly. On Thursday the 20th, I was informed that the package would be shipped at the beginning of the following week. On Friday the 28th (not really the beginning of the week...), I reached out again to find out where my order was... it would be shipped on March 3rd. Delays are fine, but being told that it would ship at the beginning of the week and then it only ships a week later is not very serious... They will need to regain my trust for me to order again from Cycles and Sports.

Satisfactory product, size ok. The only drawback is that the instructions for adjusting the straps are not included in the package.

Problem with the choice of product color, given on the order as being in stock on the site when in fact it is no longer in stock.

Item ordered not available. After modification of the order and payment of the difference: article received not in conformity with the order. Service and after-sales on the other hand very reactive with communication by e-mail. All in all, a lack of professionalism in stock management and order dispatch.

Delays far too long. On the plus side... I was warned but a few weeks later I tried to contact you several times... No answer.

Responsive after-sales service BUT a product purchased/paid for is finally out of stock and shipping costs are excessive.

The items I received are very good however I did not receive 3 items which is very disappointing knowing that it was for a gift.

Necessary update of the products on the website . Obliged to send an email to follow up the order because not informed of the stock shortage . Fairly reactive after-sales service.

The garment's characteristics didn't match what I was looking for. But was it up to Cycles et Sports to be more exhaustive than the manufacturer's data... that would be quite a job. So I used the returns procedure. No worries about processing and reimbursement. On arrival, however, I had to pay for the return postage. That was the small problem with this mail-order experience. Then there were a few minor stock updating problems, with a partial cancellation due to an unavailable item. Finally, very "human" contacts, and that's a pleasure.

Postage too expensive

Received as ordered. However, I would have liked a small welcome gift for the new customer!

The delivery was on time and in good condition. For the moment I can only say that because it is a Christmas gift.
