The garment's characteristics didn't match what I was looking for. But was it up to Cycles et Sports to be more exhaustive than the manufacturer's data... that would be quite a job. So I used the returns procedure. No worries about processing and reimbursement. On arrival, however, I had to pay for the return postage. That was the small problem with this mail-order experience. Then there were a few minor stock updating problems, with a partial cancellation due to an unavailable item. Finally, very "human" contacts, and that's a pleasure.

For those who prefer comfort "These shoes are a joy to wear! The sole is very comfortable, and the mesh upper lets the foot breathe. Perfect for long outings. The only drawback is that if you have a very strong foot, the shoe is a little narrow at the tongue. The usual size is perfect.

The order was not processed for 20 days, then I sent an e-mail which went unanswered. I called 2 days later and a friendly employee told me that the person in charge of these things was telecommuting. He seemed surprised that I hadn't received any reply, but the situation was resolved a few days later without me receiving a reply to the e-mail. The parcel arrived a little damaged but the items were in good condition.
I'm saying all this not because I'm unhappy but to help you, I hope, with these internal problems.
