My 1st order was delayed by 10 days even though the products were advertised as being in stock. 2nd order placed this week on Monday morning: Friday morning still no news of dispatch, reminder e-mail still unanswered. I still don't know when I'll receive my equipment. Not a professional, I don't think I'll be ordering from Cyles et Sports again.

Hi, The goods arrived in pristine condition, but was a bit disappointed as one of the item was not shipped despite me waiting for the back-order. Staff at Cycles et Sports are humbled but do lack communication etiquette. They need to improve on it.

Cuissard assos: box torn off sent in a LU cookie box too small for the cardboard box of the cuissard

More than 3 weeks before receiving my order. This was due to Assos overshoes not being in stock, even though they were in stock on the website... Replaced by another Assos model that I had requested in size 43-44 and received in size 41-42... fortunately they fit. Dissatisfied with this order.

The order was not processed for 20 days, then I sent an e-mail which went unanswered. I called 2 days later and a friendly employee told me that the person in charge of these things was telecommuting. He seemed surprised that I hadn't received any reply, but the situation was resolved a few days later without me receiving a reply to the e-mail. The parcel arrived a little damaged but the items were in good condition.
I'm saying all this not because I'm unhappy but to help you, I hope, with these internal problems.

Sending a jersey that doesn't correspond to what I ordered, then having to pay the return shipping costs is a shame. I won't be ordering from your site again, you're losing a regular customer.

No response in the tracking chat. I had to contact them again for my parcel to leave after 2 weeks without shipment. Once arrived, size error...

Product out of stock not noted on the site, email sent quickly but I only got what you offered and not the 3rd blue pair I wanted Apart from that, good product quality.

Sending the wrong product

Poor communication on delivery times, I had to be the one to call back to check on the status of the order. Communication is an essential point for me when buying online. 20 days between order and dispatch with no news is not a standard feature of online commercial sites. Otherwise contents delivered as ordered.

My first order was ok and fast but the second one took longer (ok, there were the May bank holidays) and I had an objective in my order with no response even though I had contacted the people via chat.

For my first order, I can't express myself on your site. Furthermore, my rating for my order is mediocre because having ordered 3 items and only receiving one (while I was impatiently waiting for this one) is difficult to understand, especially since I'm 8000 kms away and paying customs taxes. After complaining, I hope to see my complaints come to fruition.

I placed my order on Monday 15/04 and it was validated. After a few days without progress, I contacted the site. I was told that although the gloves were "in stock", they were not physically present and had to be "repatriated" before shipping. I was assured that they would be dispatched on Monday 22/04. On the 23rd, as there had been no change, I contacted the site again and was told they would be dispatched on Friday 26th, which they did, with receipt on Monday 29/04. 15 days to receive an order, when shipping costs 4.91 eur, is really too long!

But this website seems very outdated, unlike websites from the 21st century. I often buy things without a tracking number. I don't even know if my things have been sent out or not. I bought some things in December 2023, but when I received them, missing 2 helmets and 1 saddle. The website didn't say anything.They informed me that the helmet was out of stock and gave me a refund until I contacted them proactively. I don't know whether they will pretend everything is normal if I don't contact them, It's been a month now, and the saddle they owe me hasn't been resolved yet

Fox racing hat too small, it doesn't say it's a child's hat. Photos non contractual. I kept it for my 9 month old son and it fits him perfectly, that's how big the hat is! I ordered it for myself. I will not order from Cycle et Sport again.
