It would be great if the sizes of cycling vests corresponded to reality. At GOBIK wholesalers, you have to take a size larger than your usual size or you'll have to send the item back at our expense JPD

Out of 10 items ordered, I only received 7. I was reimbursed but no commercial gesture was made. It's a shame and disappointing that they don't try to make up for their incompetence.

Order placed on 21/01/2022. Parcel dispatched on 26/01/2022 following my telephone intervention with Cycles et Sports. It turns out that my order was "zapped". Parcel received on 28/01/2022, i.e. 7 days after my order. This can happen, but no apology was made and no commercial gesture was made.

On the other hand, when you receive a product in its original packaging labelled €10 (the manufacturer's recommended retail price, Mavic), even though you paid €15 for it, you feel like you've been taken for a ride. Even if the product is hard to find, and stocks are obviously being liquidated, this was my last experience with cyclesetsports.

Out of 4 products ordered, one could not be honored (product finally discontinued although it was marked available on the site), another had to be returned because it did not conform to the description on the site and the product reference. Not very serious. A lot of wasted time and not even a commercial gesture...
