More than 3 weeks before receiving my order. This was due to Assos overshoes not being in stock, even though they were in stock on the website... Replaced by another Assos model that I had requested in size 43-44 and received in size 41-42... fortunately they fit. Dissatisfied with this order.

I have four accounts on this website and spent 14000 euros. When it comes to promotions, the prices are really competitive. This is objective reality. But this website seems very outdated, unlike websites from the 21st century. I often buy things without a tracking number. I don't even know if my things have been sent out or not. I bought some things in December 2023, but when I received them, missing 2 helmets and 1 saddle. The website didn't say anything.They informed me that the helmet was out of stock and gave me a refund until I contacted them proactively. I don't know whether they will pretend everything is normal if I don't contact them, It's been a month now, and the saddle they owe me hasn't been resolved yet

Two orders placed in December, and each time an item was unavailable, even though the site didn't mention it. It's a pity that stock is not managed directly. That said, all the items ordered were eventually dispatched, some with a wait of around 15 days. Customer service always responds to requests for delays, so there's no real need to worry.

Fox racing hat too small, it doesn't say it's a child's hat. Photos non contractual. I kept it for my 9 month old son and it fits him perfectly, that's how big the hat is! I ordered it for myself. I will not order from Cycle et Sport again.
