It would be nice not to include an exchange form when the parcel goes abroad. Confusion for returns. VAT should be credited when the purchased product is delivered outside the continent according to tax law. on the other hand , Very nice product .

On the plus side: fast order processing and dispatch. Easy contact. Competitive prices. Negative side: Site a bit old school, item search not optimal. One big negative: return of items. It's possible, but the customer has to pay for it, without knowing whether the item will be exchanged or refunded. The competition has long since moved on to the "Amazon" model.

I ordered a bicycle basket for a dog, firstly late delivery I had to send an email, and secondly the basket arrived damaged inside (wicker basket), I sent an email again, reply we will contact you for exchange or refund, I'm still waiting for a reply, in short I keep the basket but I will not order again, sorry!

Good, but the dotted lines on the cardboard box to make it easier to open are a bad idea, as the box I received was open at this point. Fortunately, the contents had not disappeared. Clear and well-constructed site, serious company, quick turnaround, but I have a doubt about the calculation of the percentage of Christmas discounts, or else I've misunderstood. On the other hand, when an item is no longer available, another item is offered by telephone, but as the invoice is automatic, it cannot be updated, but fortunately the direct debit is modified. Item rating and assessment cannot be objective, as the products are not modified.

Store that no longer responds to emails when requested, I had to pay 2× customs fees (dom Tom) because they sent my package in 2 parts. No reply since, I'm not going to call them again but believe me I'm far from recommending this site. It's absurd to see this in 2022...
