Request for contact, following a size exchange of Cannondale Factory team shorts and no news at all, very sad about all this!

Order placed in mid-March. At the beginning of April, having no news, I called customer service. Part of my order was shipped to me. The rest was shipped in mid-May, almost 2 months delay. If the item is not available, I would find it more honest to say so or to refund directly.

Very long, 10 days to receive my bike pump

At the time of my order, the item was in stock and available. Just before delivery, I was told that the item was no longer available!! Not very serious.

Sizes table is complete inaccurate

Hello, I am very satisfied with the product purchased but not with the order processing. I ordered 2 shorts but only received one due to a stock error. I would have liked the order to be fulfilled by receiving 2 shorts and not just one. Even if the model had been somewhat different while still being equivalent. I am not responsible for the stock error. Best regards. Bruno

I didn't want to leave a review, but since I'm invited to... I ordered a pair of shorts and a pair of shoe covers on February 17th. After placing my order, I was informed that the shorts were out of stock, so I quickly responded (within an hour) to get my order processed quickly. On Thursday the 20th, I was informed that the package would be shipped at the beginning of the following week. On Friday the 28th (not really the beginning of the week...), I reached out again to find out where my order was... it would be shipped on March 3rd. Delays are fine, but being told that it would ship at the beginning of the week and then it only ships a week later is not very serious... They will need to regain my trust for me to order again from Cycles and Sports.

The items I received are very good however I did not receive 3 items which is very disappointing knowing that it was for a gift.

My 1st order was delayed by 10 days even though the products were advertised as being in stock. 2nd order placed this week on Monday morning: Friday morning still no news of dispatch, reminder e-mail still unanswered. I still don't know when I'll receive my equipment. Not a professional, I don't think I'll be ordering from Cyles et Sports again.

More than 3 weeks before receiving my order. This was due to Assos overshoes not being in stock, even though they were in stock on the website... Replaced by another Assos model that I had requested in size 43-44 and received in size 41-42... fortunately they fit. Dissatisfied with this order.

My first order was ok and fast but the second one took longer (ok, there were the May bank holidays) and I had an objective in my order with no response even though I had contacted the people via chat.

My order was forgotten for 3 weeks until I called and all I got back was "ça été oublié". Not very commercial.

11 days to receive my order (problem with the post I think) and gloves that come off after 15 minutes.

I received a helmet with a component that had come unstuck and there were impacts, and so far I've had no reply regarding an exchange.

I received a size S when the order was for a size L. I had to send the item back at my own expense even though it was a Cycles et Sport error.

stock not up to date, invoicing postage not readjusted and waiting for mail back from after-sales service.

Too many missing items that they don't mention when ordering, so the order is delayed while they restock. Regular delivery errors twice already. Otherwise they have the brand I like and that's why I continue to order, but maybe not for much longer. And no commercial gestures, which is a shame considering their errors and the large amounts I leave them.

Stock status not kept up to date, some items are marked in stock when they are no longer in stock or, for new items, are marked in stock when they have not yet arrived, plus payment is cashed directly before the item has even been sent, whereas on other sites payment is cashed when the item is sent, and so in my case, where the order was not complete, I had to wait 2 weeks between the day I placed the order and the day it was dispatched to get a partial refund (item missing), and after 3 calls to find out the status of my order (the 2nd new item in stock had not yet arrived after more than a week's delay).I should have received my order in 48/72 hours (since the items were in stock...), but I only received a partial refund in 2 weeks and because I called them several times...so no, I don't recommend cycles et sports.

Customer service not customer-oriented, I won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered 2 cans of different brands in stock. I was informed by e-mail that one of the cans was not in stock. I had ordered on the site because the two cans were in stock, despite being much more expensive than elsewhere. Wrong stock, and no offer of a commercial gesture to apologize for their mistake.

Delivery in a relay point which refuses the reception !!!

The 2 foams received were folded in their packaging. One of the foams had a rigid structure which is now marked.

I can't understand how a pair of gobik shorts costing 160 euros can be delivered without an original bag, folded and compressed into a small box with the other products ordered.

Delivery time not respected without customer information. When I contacted customer service, I had to contact them several times, and the customer service route is not smooth. I had also asked to be kept informed of the receipt of stock to have an idea of how long it would take to receive my order, but this commitment was not kept. Too bad. Customer experience marred by logistical problems poorly managed by the site's customer service.

Fast delivery. However, I ordered the black model and received the model with beige sides. Immediate need for competition so no time to send it back for exchange... first order at cycles et sports, too bad.

Out of 4 products ordered, one could not be honored (product finally discontinued although it was marked available on the site), another had to be returned because it did not conform to the description on the site and the product reference. Not very serious. A lot of wasted time and not even a commercial gesture...
