Super reactive store that listens to customers, very quick response by e-mail. No problems with the DAM site, on the contrary, great store that I recommend. Big downside on Chronopost transport to Reunion, 60 delivery then home delivery 48 taxes ... Next order I will have it delivered to a family in France who will send it back to me by Colissimo. We work with Chronopost, which offers an express delivery service. The rates are indeed more expensive than Colissimo but the tracking is more optimal. I knew DAM in the 80s this company had the reputation of serious box, but now what a desolation.On their advice with my reference of carbu rochester I ordered a pocket of carbu joints with the reference they gave me, they told me that at eu their reference was not the same Believing that it was the good one, I opened the box thinking to be in conformity with my carbu, unfortunately not that, on their advice they say to me one will make exchange,then they asked me for at least 45 euros more when they had told me no problem, we'll exchange it, of course I refused, and I claimed the one I had paid for after several phone calls, a good storekeeper sent it to me, but some parts were missing and others weren't mine, what a new generation of scam........ As a former journalist, I'm going to try to publish this article in the nautical press. No skills to AVOID, especially as I've found much more understandable elsewhere.

Hello, unfortunately we sell mechanical parts for boats, but first you ordered a carburetor kit for your car. I would like to remind you that there was a difference in price between the two carburettor kits, the good carburettor kit being more expensive (reference 201003) and the error coming from you (you ordered reference TE45334 without asking us for advice), it is quite normal that the remaining amount should be your responsibility. As the correct carburetor kit costs 90 euros and the old one 42 euros, you were left with 48 euros to pay. Finally, since you didn't want to pay, we lost money by sending you back the incomplete kit. We tried to solve the problem but you wouldn't listen, and we're sorry we tried to be commercial with you. Sincerely, the DAM Marine team

First purchase at DAM of spare parts for a Yanmar 3GM30Positive sides : Price , Delivery time , Availability What I don't like : Took a "compatible" diesel feed pump : had to slightly re-cut the gasket that the pump spring prevents from fitting correctly . The design of the plunger shaft is very different from the original one - I hope I won't have any problems in the long run.
