I made 2 orders. The first one was a mistake and at that same moment I wrote an email to DAM Marine customer service to try to cancel the order. I sent 2 emails before the order was shipped. But they did not respond and sent both orders. When they were shipped, I contacted them again and they replied that I sent the email after the order had shipped when that was not the case. I forwarded the first email to show them the date and time and where I sent it from to prove that it was not like that. And I have not received a response. Now I have to return the first order and bear the shipping costs. Which is what I wanted to avoid. At the same time, they sent me the invoice for the second product and it did not declare the shipping. You took advantage of the first payment of the first order to send both orders. I am very, very unhappy. Any other company cares about the customer and tries to help them, and I see that you do not. And that displeases me a lot. For now, my opinion is very low.

Well a small discount would be nice since I buy from you

Purchase made to service a Volvo MD2040: It's not always easy to check compatibility on the site, fortunately DAM's service is there to help. Prices are good when compared to Volvo agents on the coast. Unfortunately these prices are a bit grafted by somewhat high shipping costs, which means that if you buy oil it's pointless.

The website is very complete but when processing the order, my picking point was changed internally at some point so I had to call directly to correct it. When I asked for a change to the correct pickup point the person on the phone sent for another agency and the picking point refused the pickup. I had to call UPS to try to get the package back and I have to pick it up today at an ups point several days late.

Too bad .for the deplorable delivery .pay 88 euros for delivery and have to travel 30 km to pick it up. Disgraceful .change delivery man. Otherwise, the DAM MARINE staff are VERY PROFESSIONAL.

5 days late for a supposedly 24-hour delivery, most of the items bent/damaged, and very poor quality for the rest. Very pleasant customer service, but apart from excuses, still nothing concrete. Avoid

At the time of delivery I was the victim of a scam like "your parcel was too big to fit in the letter box, please contact etc, etc" Which was inaccurate. 2 hours later, I was delivered, my parcel was available. Phew

Following the very good advice, I ordered.5 pieces ordered and received the next day,(bravo) there were 2 that were not identical.I made notches that were missing on one and put back old seals because the new ones did not fit.The rest is correct.

For the second time, a Mercury part number corresponds to a part that doesn't fit the little 2.5hp for which it was ordered.the first time, my "DAM" contact, after asking me for a photo, agreed that the part didn't fit and offered to send me a suitable part.the second time, another contact advised me to have a part machined if the one he had sent me didn't fit!!! Decrease in professionalism at DAM?

I am very dissatisfied with DAM marine for a very specific reason: I bought a "low pressure high pressure pump" and a "diaphragm fuel pump" for 769.93 euros. After fitting the fuel pump, I realized that it wasn't working. So I called in a marine repairer, who found that the new fuel pump was faulty, and invoiced me for it. I got in touch with the DAM marine warehouse staff, who suggested that I send it back. After returning the part, they informed me that the warranty would not work because I had apparently "disassembled the pump", which is absolutely not the case. It's now my word against theirs, so I can sit on the warranty. It's not very commercial now that DAM marine is finished for me.

Part ordered corresponds to my request. The person I spoke to was not very helpful for someone not familiar with mechanical issues, but he was polite.

Good site! one downside, not really easy for me to find the right parts on the site, the DAM references do not give the equivalents, so I have to make other orders on other sites (to ensure the conformity of the part). Otherwise very fast delivery!

I placed an order on Monday for delivery on Tuesday before 5 p.m., and I paid for express delivery. I received the order on Friday at 3 p.m. That's expensive shipping for a deadline that was not met. On the other hand, DAM MARINE was very professional in reimbursing me for shipping costs, which I greatly appreciated.

The SEUR transport service was very bad. The parts arrived 3 days late
