The driver tried to deliver on Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th by contacting you. Hello, you placed 2 orders on 15/07, one that you wanted to pay by bank transfer (probably a mistake) and one that you paid by credit card containing the items from the bank transfer order and others in addition. As the 15/07 was a Saturday, we couldn't have dispatched your order from Monday 17/07, which is what is written on all the deadlines on the website (we're not open at weekends). We had a computer bug on Monday, which unfortunately, and we apologize for this, forced us to postpone certain shipments, so we shipped your parcel on Tuesday and you received it on Wednesday 19/07, whereas you should have received it on Tuesday 18/07.Admittedly, we were late and we apologize for this (as already apologized on the phone by our teams), however I calculate 1 day's delay and not 4 to 5 days as you stipulate. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

Hello Your team got in touch with me, the address is correct and there's nothing to change. However, the big problem is with parcel management at the Poissy sorting center, apparently the temporary workers there are having problems and this is putting all deliveries at risk. I've contacted the post office's customer service department and they've asked for my parcel to be dropped off at a post office, which I hope they'll find, otherwise my vacations will be compromised. That's why I've warned you to find another, safer delivery method.

We were in Sicily and had a breakdown with the alternator, and it was sent the same day we placed our order. However, the delivery point we had selected on the proposed list no longer existed, but we didn't know this on the day we placed the order, which meant that we received the part after 6 days, when it should have been 72 hours, since the carrier's depot where the parcel was was not open at weekends. This list of relay points really needs to be updated to avoid this kind of problem.
